Carl Cox, Sr., born 27 October, 1918, Tina, Missouri, son of Jerry Delmar Marvin Cox and Cordelia Neill Cox.

I was a month old when he died. I did not know him. However, I have been told that I look like him.

I have knelt at his grave in France, and I have erected a small memorial in our local cemetery. I miss him so. He will always live in my heart. I am your loving daughter.
